CDA Architects
Since
1978 the following projects have been designed and developed by Mr.
Huffaker through his different partnerships. Stanley D. Huffaker, A.I.A.
is president and managing partner on all development and construction
projects. Mr. Huffaker is a licensed architect (California and Idaho)
and a licensed general contractor (California B-1 and Idaho).

A
2,800 square foot residence with pool in Woodland Hills, completed and
sold in 1978.

An empty nester condominium project of 75 units, ranging in size from
1,800 to 2,800 squares feet with a full subterranean garage. This project
was completed and sold in 1981-82. DHA provided design, project management
and contract negotiation, cost control and sales coordination for a
client/builder.

01 APARTMENTS
An 18-unit apartment building with subterranean garage. Featuring security
and private courtyard. Building was completed in February 1986 and leased
up in 45 days.

A 31-unit two story and loft apartment project in Canoga Park. Featuring
security building and subterranean parking. Completed in July 1987 and
completely rented by early September.

CUSTOM RANCH HOUSES
Two (2) custom houses designed and built on one-acre equestrian lots.
Developed in the four lot Porter Estates. These projects were a design-build
contract.

CIRCLE ESTATES
A 15-house equestrian oriented development in West Hills. The project
features a security-gated environment on eight oak treed acres and homes
ranging from 2,800 to 4,200 square feet on 1/2-acre lots. Construction
started in 1988 with completion in 1991.

LONG BEACH CONDOMINIUMS
A
4-unit condominium on the peninsula, a unique area of Long Beach that
fronts both the bay and the ocean. The project has two penthouse units
with roof gardens and two second floor flats. Each unit has their own
private garage. Project was completed Nov. 1991.

THE VILLAGE in COEUR D’ALENE
A
condominium development focused on the “Empty Nester” Market.
This multiphase project is designed to meet the needs for homeowners
who want to simplify their lives by living in a maintenance free community
with quality amenities. The project has a recreation center, indoor
pool and spa, private RV parking, putting green and tennis court and
community garden. Each unit functions as a private residence with their
own private garage and rear yard, the remainder of the community is
maintained by the Association.

Silverhorn Alpine Village
A Master Planned Condominium community of 700 condominiums and a 250
room hotel complex. Approved as a Planned Unit Development by City for
the lender who will market the property as the general area market inproves.
This is part of an old minimg town that is presently being converted
to a Year Around Ski Resort approved by the city of Kellogg, Idaho.
The work was done for the lender on the site and it is anticipated that
the project will to be marketable in two to five years as the township
continues to expand.

A
34 unit condominium project for the “empty nester” market
with upscale residences and a walking community with bike and walking
paths connecting the adjacent commnumities. The project is scheduled
to start in the spring of 2006.
